Kody Youngblood
Vice President · IT Outsource · Marshall, TX
Eight years of keeping small and mid-sized businesses running on real infrastructure — datacenter, VoIP, Active Directory, Windows, Linux, and whatever else the day throws at me. Self-taught. Hands-on. 🦞
I'm the VP at IT Outsource, a small MSP based in Marshall, Texas. We're a 7-person team supporting 100+ clients across the spectrum — from offices of three to operations of a hundred plus. I'm the technical lead.
I don't have a CS degree. I have eight years of solving real problems for real people, and a homelab that never stops growing. Everything I know about computers, networks, servers, and programming I taught myself by needing to know it.
I believe in local-first infrastructure — owning the hardware, owning the data, owning the stack. The cloud is fine. Iron in your own rack is better.
Day-to-day support for 100+ clients. Workstations, servers, networks, backups, the works. If it's broken, I fix it. If it's working, I'm probably planning the next thing.
Locally-hosted email, VoIP, file services, and remote access — engineered as an alternative to the everything-as-a-subscription model. Real privacy, real control, real ownership.
The homelab is where new ideas get tested before they ever touch a client. Proxmox, custom dashboards, patched open-source projects, whatever moves the ball forward.
Graduated top 10% of my high school class. Some college. Everything else — every server, every script, every protocol — is self-taught, learned in the trenches over the last eight years.
Flat-rate VoIP deployment for businesses ready to stop paying per-seat pricing. Your own phone system — no licenses, no per-user fees, no recurring costs beyond your SIP trunking.
Full FusionPBX deployment on your server, or I will provision a ~$12/mo cloud instance. SIP trunk configuration, extension setup for your entire team, auto-attendant / IVR, voicemail to email, ring groups, call queues — the works.
$750 flat — one-week turnaround. No ongoing commitment. No contracts. Your system, your control. You get full admin access and documentation so it is truly yours.
A domain name, a SIP trunking account (I recommend Flowroute or Telnyx), and a server or VM — or I will spin one up for you. One admin walkthrough included.
Talk infrastructure, Sovereign Stack, MSP work, or just say hi.
