Generative Latent Compression — a per-layer Residual VQ codebook over StyleGAN2 W+ space. Trained on 68K FFHQ faces, compresses 9216-dimensional latent vectors to 180 bytes at 15.94 dB PSNR. Training took 64 seconds on a single RTX A4000.
